Having found themselves a pair of potential starters in Arron Afflalo and Robin Lopez (assuming Lopez signs), the New York Knicks are now looking to add some forward depth, according to Yahoo Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski.

Like Afflalo and Lopez, neither Brewer nor Williams will be the game-changing free agent Knicks fans hoped for this summer, but both could provide some value to a Knicks team that should be at least somewhat improved in 2015-16.
Brewer averaged 11.5 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.4 steals with the Timberwolves and Rockets this past season, emerging as a dependable reserve for Houston as the team won the Southwest Division and advanced to the Western Conference Final for the first time in 18 years.
He's a poor shooter and his sometimes out-of-control play has earned him the nickname "The Drunken Dribbler," but Brewer could provide a scoring punch in the Knicks' second unit.
As for Williams, the 24-year-old is known more for his inconsistent, disappointing play since being selected No. 2 overall in the 2011 draft than he is for any positive developments. But it wouldn't hurt the asset-barren Knicks to take a gamble on a high-upside youngster, particularly if the price is right.
Williams has averaged 9.3 points and 4.3 rebounds in 22 minutes per game over his four-year career with Minnesota and Sacramento.
