Jose Calderon: (Achilles) Undergoes PRP Treatment Monday

Calderon underwent Platelet Rich Plasma treatment Monday on his sore left Achilles, which will be evaluated in 10-to-14 days.

Analysis:

If he's examined during the aforementioned span, Calderon may receive clearance to play the final week of the regular season. Thus, any setback with his recovery will more than likely wipe out the current campaign. It's difficult to believe that the point guard can contribute to fantasy championships in an effective manner at this point.
