Derrick Rose is expected to return to the Chicago Bulls' lineup Monday against the Toronto Raptors.
Rose has missed the last two games - wins against the New York Knicks and Memphis Grizzlies - due to illness, but had suited up for 11 straight games prior to that.
The former MVP missed time at different points earlier this season due to hamstring and ankle injuries. Rose is averaging 16.8 points, 5.1 assists and 3.3 rebounds through 16 games for the 17-9 Bulls.
Chicago enters Monday's contest four games behind the Eastern Conference-leading Raptors, who sit at 22-6 after six straight wins.
