Metta World Peace releases 'The Pandas Friend' t-shirts

If you were skeptical that Metta World Peace's latest name change was just a strange marketing gimmick of some sort, well, stop being such a buzzkill. Let him be.

It probably was, though, at least in part. While it's unclear if the name change will actually happen - World Peace's Twitter, Instagram and website all still use the MWP handle - he's gone ahead and released a couple of shirts with "The Pandas Friend" on them, in addition to a few other funny shirts.

You can also find shirts that say "I wanna thank my psychiatrist," "Acknowledge me please," "TruWarier" and one with a panda's face, plus World Peace's children's books.

We're not trying to plug the guy's site, but come on, who doesn't want that Pandas Friend t-shirt?
