Sharpshooting wing Mike Miller is now an official member of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The team announced the signing of the 14-year veteran in a press release, but did not disclose contract details as per club policy. Reports indicate Miller's deal is worth $5.5 million over two seasons.

In Miller, the Cavaliers acquired more than just a friend of LeBron James. Even at the age of 34, Miller remains highly effective. Not only is he an extremely accurate three-point shooter (45.9 percent last season), Miller can also move the ball and defend adequately. He will most likely be used off the bench in Cleveland.
