Analysis:

Bryant suffered through multiple injuries last season on both his achilles and tibia but claims he is 100 percent healthy and ready for next season. He played in only six games, but the Lakers still extended his contract back in November for two years, paying out $48.5 million over the deal. The Lakers are in a rebuilding mode, as most of their players will be free agents this summer. Bryant definitely didn't give the Lakers a hometown discount, so we'll see what kind of team the Lakers can build, even with Bryant's enormous contract.
