Analysis:Carter didn't make much of an impact through the air, but he still managed to find the end zone on a one-yard rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter. With the Red Raiders spreading touches around during a comfortable victory, Carter salvaged fantasy value with the score though his receiving production remained limited. For fantasy managers, the touchdown was good, but the lack of involvement in the passing game remains the bigger story. Until his target volume increases, Carter's value will continue to be tied largely to finding the end zone.
