The schedule for the NBA Finals was announced Monday after the New York Knicks punched their ticket for the first time in 27 years.
New York will be the lower seed against the winner of the Western Conference finals matchup between the Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs. The series is currently 2-2 with Game 5 coming Tuesday night in Oklahoma City.
Game 1 of the NBA Finals tips off June 3 at 8:30 p.m. ET.
The Knicks get nine days' rest before their next game after reeling off 11-straight playoff victories. The first NBA Finals contest played at Madison Square Garden since the Spurs and David Robinson knocked off New York in Game 5 back in 1999 will be June 8.
San Antonio and the Knicks split their regular-season games 1-1, while the Thunder beat New York in both games.
