Los Angeles Lakers guard Dalton Knecht thinks LeBron James still has plenty left in the tank.

Knecht, the 17th overall pick of the 2024 NBA Draft, told TMZ Sports on Friday that he and his future Hall of Fame teammate could foreseeably continue playing together in L.A. for at least another half-decade.

"He said he can play another five, 10 years," the 24-year-old Knecht said."So, me and 'Bron could run it for another five, 10 years. Why not?"

James, 40, has yet to confirm whether he plans to return for a 23rd season, but he did post a video Saturday on social media teasing an impending announcement about his future.

James appeared in 70 games during the 2024-25 season, averaging 24.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 8.2 assists per contest.
