Wembanyama, Holmgren highlight All-Rookie teams
San Antonio Spurs center Victor Wembanyama and Oklahoma City Thunder big man Chet Holmgren are among the five players named to the NBA's All-Rookie first team, the league announced Monday.
The tandem is joined by Charlotte Hornets forward Brandon Miller, Miami Heat wing Jaime Jaquez, and Golden State Warriors guard Brandin Podziemski.

Wembanyama and Holmgren were both voted unanimously to the first team, while Miller received 98 votes for the top squad and one second-team selection.
Wembanyama was named Rookie of the Year after an iconic campaign, averaging 21.4 points, 10.6 rebounds, 3.9 assists, a league-leading 3.6 blocks, and 1.2 steals per game. He also finished second in Defensive Player of the Year voting.
The All-Rookie second team features five players from Western Conference teams and another member of the Thunder, the only team to have more than one player selected overall.

Dereck Lively of the Dallas Mavericks led the All-Rookie second team with 26 first-team votes and 67 second-team votes.
Memphis Grizzlies wing GG Jackson was the only second-rounder to make one of the teams. He averaged 14.8 points and 4.1 rebounds in 48 games this season.
Warriors big man Trayce Jackson-Davis and Detroit Pistons wing Ausar Thompson also received votes. Portland Trail Blazers guard Scoot Henderson was the only player to receive a first-team vote and not make one of the squads.
