Kyrie Irving thinks he may be the NBA's version of Benjamin Button.

After throwing down his third dunk of the season against the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday night, the Dallas Mavericks star jokingly wondered if he's aging in reverse like the titular character from the 2008 film "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button."

"Did you watch the movie Benjamin Button? What if I'm getting more athletic in my 30s?" Irving told reporters following the Mavs' 113-107 win. "That would be a heck of a thing, wouldn't it? With no screws in my knee, with no almost bad ankle. It took me a few years to get healthy."

Irving believes the three dunks are a career high for him, but when asked if he plans to compete in the Slam Dunk Contest next season, he responded with an emphatic "no."

Through 47 games this season, the 31-year-old is averaging 25.4 points, 5.2 assists, and 5.1 rebounds per contest while shooting 49.3% from the field and 40.9% from 3-point range.
