Durant passes Anthony for 9th on NBA's scoring list
Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant continues to cement himself in NBA history.
Durant entered Friday's game against the Houston Rockets trailing legend Carmelo Anthony (28,289) by just 21 points for ninth place on the NBA's all-time scoring list.
The 14-time All-Star tied Anthony early in the fourth quarter with a layup before passing him a few minutes later at the free-throw line. Durant finished the game with 28 points.
