Mac McClung may be a back-to-back NBA Slam Dunk contest champion, but he doesn't think he'd fare well in the event if he went up against LeBron James.

McClung, who plays for the Orlando Magic's G League affiliate, told TMZ Sports he has reservations about facing the Los Angeles Lakers star in the dunk contest.

"He's the man, I don't know if I'd want to go up against him," McClung said of James. "He'd probably beat me, for sure."

James has never competed in the dunk contest, despite teasing the possibility in 2009. He said in an interview last year that it's never been a goal of his to participate in the event and isn't something he has much "passion" for.

McClung defeated Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown in the final round of this year's dunk contest to become the first player to repeat as champion since Zach LaVine in 2015-16.
