Murphy will sign with SIG Strasbourg in the top French league, Sportando.net reports.
Murphy was drafted by Utah in the second round of the 2012 NBA Draft, and he played a total of 52 minutes over 17 games during his rookie season. He would have been hard-pressed to make the Jazz's roster, even as the team is in full rebuilding mode.
