Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry was fined $25,000 stemming from an ejection for throwing his mouthpiece into the stands during Wednesday's 122-120 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies, the NBA announced.
Curry was tossed with just over one minute remaining in the close contest, seemingly upset with teammate Jordan Poole for not passing him the ball.

The ejection was Curry's third of his career and first since 2017.
Despite Curry's absence, the Warriors were able to hold off their rivals thanks to a game-winning layup from Poole. For his part, the two-time MVP had 34 points on 10-of-19 shooting before exiting early.
