The Golden State Warriors have signed guard Jordan Poole to a multi-year extension, the team announced Sunday.
It's a four-year extension worth $140 million, Poole's agents told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. The deal kicks in next season.

Coming off his third NBA season, Poole averaged a career-high 18.5 points, 4.0 assists, and 3.4 rebounds in 76 games for the Warriors in 2021-22.
Poole also averaged 17.0 points, 3.8 assists, and 2.8 rebounds during Golden State's Finals run last postseason while increasing his three-point shooting percentage to 39%.
The 23-year-old guard was involved in an altercation with teammate Draymond Green earlier this month. Leaked video of the incident showed Green striking Poole. The Warriors fined Green for the incident, and the veteran forward temporarily stepped away from the team before returning Thursday.
Golden State selected Poole 28th overall in the 2019 draft. He spent two seasons at Michigan.
The Warriors open their title defense against the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday at Chase Center. Tip-off is slated for 10 p.m. ET.
