Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic also shared the image on his Twitter account a few minutes later.
Durant is reportedly considering different options in case Kyrie Irving decides to leave Brooklyn in free agency. Irving has a $36.5-million player option for the 2022-23 season. The Los Angeles Lakers are reportedly the biggest threat to land the seven-time All-Star.
Durant has four years left on his deal worth $194 million, according to Spotrac.
The Trail Blazers finished with a 27-55 record, good for 13th in the Western Conference. The franchise has been busy retooling the roster around Lillard, trading for Detroit Pistons forward Jerami Grant and picking Kentucky guard Shaedon Sharpe seventh overall during Thursday's draft.
