Memphis Grizzlies forward Dillon Brooks is confident his team will continue to give the Golden State Warriors headaches for years to come.

"We're young, and they're getting old," Brooks said after Golden State eliminated Memphis with a 110-96 win in Game 6, per ESPN's Kevin Arnovitz. "They know that we are going to come every single year."

The Grizzlies are coming off a remarkable 56-win regular season. With a budding young core led by Ja Morant, Jaren Jackson Jr., Desmond Bane, and Brooks - the oldest of the group at 26 - they figure to remain in the upper echelon of West teams.

Stephen Curry later shot back at the animated Grizzlies wing.

"He's said a lot of crazy things," the Warriors star told The Athletic's Sam Amick. "He called himself a dynasty already, so you've got to figure. On to the next round. Western Conference finals, we're back. Let's go!"

Brooks referred to the Grizzlies as a dynasty following Game 5 when addressing Andre Iguodala's trade out of Memphis during the 2020 season after refusing to play for the team.

Curry added that he believes the Grizzlies have a bright future in the league.

"I have a lot of respect for every single guy on the team in terms of how they are built as a group, the individual talent," Curry said. "They have a lot of energy, a lot of potential in terms of winning at the highest level"
