Philadelphia 76ers sharpshooter Danny Green was carried off the floor in the first quarter of Thursday's Game 6 against the Miami Heat after suffering a knee injury.
The 76ers ruled Green out for the rest of the contest.
Green suffered the injury after teammate Joel Embiid collided with him following a shot attempt. He immediately fell to the floor and couldn't get up without assistance.
The team is worried about the severity of the injury ahead of his MRI, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Green hit at least two 3-pointers in his last three contests, and was one of multiple 76ers matched on to Heat star Jimmy Butler defensively. Reserves Matisse Thybulle and Furkan Korkmaz will be tasked to replace his production.
