The NBA announced the participants for the All-Star Saturday Night competitions, as well as a new team format for the Skills Challenge.

Slam Dunk contest

Among this year's high-flyers, only second-year forward Obi Toppin has previously participated in the dunk contest.

The teams will face off in several events that challenge their collective shooting, passing, and dribbling skills. The two trios with the best scores after three rounds will face off in a half-court shot challenge, with the fastest team to sink a bucket winning the Skills Challenge.
