The Toronto Raptors are re-signing shooting guard Gary Trent Jr. to a three-year, $54-million contract, Klutch Sports' Rich Paul told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Trent, the 37th pick in 2018, was acquired from the Portland Trail Blazers for Norman Powell at last season's trade deadline.

In a career-high 31.1 minutes per game split between the two franchises, Trent averaged 15.3 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and a steal. The 22-year-old is a 39.3% 3-point shooter for his career.
