Vanessa Bryant will speak in honor of her late husband Kobe Bryant during Saturday's Naismith Hall of Fame induction ceremony, The Athletic's Shams Charania reports.
Hall of Famer Michael Jordan, who's set to present Kobe's posthumous induction at the ceremony, will accompany Vanessa on stage, Charania adds.
Vanessa and Jordan also spoke during Kobe's memorial at Staples Center on Feb. 24, 2020.
Kobe was elected into the Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility. The five-time NBA champion is a member of the class of 2020 alongside all-time greats Tim Duncan, Kevin Garnett, and Tamika Catchings. The Hall of Fame ceremony was initially delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
