One of the NBA's most popular teams is cashing in on the non-fungible token craze.

The Golden State Warriors announced the release of an NFT collection Monday, becoming the first professional sports team to launch an officially licensed digital collection of memorabilia. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Warriors Community Foundation.

Golden State's collection features limited-edition NFT versions of the Warriors' six NBA championship rings - a select number of which will come with a physical ring - and commemorative ticket stubs from some of the team's most memorable games. The Warriors are also selling a one-of-one ticket stub NFT that includes the opportunity to participate in a Warrior-for-a-Day experience and a custom championship ring presentation during one of their future games.

The main auction will run until Saturday, while the one-of-one auctions end Sunday.
