Orlando Magic swingman Terrence Ross has been diagnosed with a minor non-displaced hairline fracture in his left big toe, the team announced Monday.
Ross will continue participating in non-contact practice activities. His return date will be based on how quickly he recovers.
The 29-year-old enjoyed a strong season with the Magic in 2019-20, averaging 14.7 points while shooting 35.1% from beyond the arc in 69 games.
Ross was selected eighth overall by the Toronto Raptors in the 2012 draft. He's set to earn $13.5 million during the 2020-21 campaign.
