The Portland Trail Blazers have signed free-agent center Harry Giles, the team announced.

Giles' agreement with Portland is for the minimum, reports Sam Amick of The Athletic.

Giles leaves the Sacramento Kings after two seasons. He averaged 6.9 points and 4.1 rebounds over 14.5 minutes in 46 games (17 starts) last season.

The former 20th overall pick joins a packed Blazers frontcourt that already features Jusuf Nurkic and recently added Enes Kanter. They also traded for Robert Covington and re-upped with Carmelo Anthony.

Giles was originally drafted by the Trail Blazers in 2017 but was traded to Sacramento alongside Justin Jackson for Zach Collins.
