The Detroit Pistons have selected Washington center Isaiah Stewart with the No. 16 pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. The Pistons reportedly acquired the Portland Trail Blazers' selection from the Houston Rockets as part of a trade centered around Trevor Ariza.
Stewart was a top-five NCAA recruit in 2019 and was named to the All-Pac-12 first team last season.
"People know I bring, at the end of the day, my motor," Stewart told reporters this week. "Hard work, running the floor, rebounding, and just doing the little things that may not show up in the stat sheet."
