The Los Angeles Lakers are in advanced talks to acquire Dennis Schroder from the Oklahoma City Thunder, reports ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Los Angeles' package includes Danny Green and the 28th pick in Wednesday's draft, according to Wojnarowski. NBA deals will reportedly be able to be consummated Monday when the league lifts its trade moratorium.

However, the trade reportedly won't be formalized until after the draft when the Lakers will select for the Thunder.

The 27-year-old Schroder would address depth needs at point guard for the Lakers, as veteran Rajon Rondo is expected to opt out of his contract and test free agency.

Schroder averaged 18.9 points per game last season, hitting a career-high 38.5% of his 3-point shots. He's entering the final year of his contract at $15.5 million.

Green is also entering the final year of his current deal at roughly the same salary. The 33-year-old averaged eight points per game last season.
