The Miami Heat selected Memphis forward Precious Achiuwa with the No. 20 pick in the 2020 NBA Draft.
The 21-year-old was named American Athletic Conference Player of the Year as a freshman, averaging just under 16 points, 11 rebounds, and two blocks for the Tigers last season. Born in Nigeria, Achiuwa moved to the New York City area during grade school and entered Memphis as a top-20 recruit in 2019.
Achiuwa is widely considered the second-best power forward prospect in the draft, behind Obi Toppin.
