On Friday, Anthony Davis became just the fifth player in NBA history to score 30 or more points in the first two Finals games of their career.
The Brow's production level alongside LeBron James has given the Los Angeles Lakers a 2-0 lead over the Miami Heat, and it's becoming clear to many that Davis may be the best sidekick James has ever had.

While Wade's exploits as a guard took scoring pressure off James during their Heat days, those squads' dynamic often led LeBron to play power forward. Davis now dominates in the post and the midrange, so 35-year-old James is back to flourishing as a point forward.
The pair combined for 65 points and 23 rebounds Friday to become the first Lakers teammates with 30-plus points each in a Finals game since Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal in 2002.
L.A. is now 20-1 when the duo combines for 60 points or more, according to Elias Sports.
