With the No. 55 pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, the Brooklyn Nets selected Jay Scrubb out of John A. Logan College.
Scrubb averaged 21.9 points on 50.1% shooting, with 6.8 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game in 2019-20, evidently turning enough heads with his play on the JUCO circuit to back out of his commitment to Louisville.
He'll have an opportunity to see if he can grow versus stronger opposition this coming year, likely in the G League.
