A new video released by lawyers for Raptors president Masai Ujiri shows footage of the executive being shoved at least twice by a California sheriff's deputy after Toronto's 2019 NBA championship win.

The footage is reportedly from the body camera of Alan Strickland, the Alameda County sheriff's deputy involved in the altercation with Ujiri. The officer is suing Ujiri over the June 2019 incident at Oracle Arena in Oakland.
The Raptors president has maintained Strickland began the confrontation by physically trying to keep him off the court as Toronto celebrated its title.
"We are mindful this remains before the courts, but we have always maintained that the claims made against Masai are baseless and entirely without merit," the Raptors said in a statement, per ESPN's Marc J. Spears. "The events of that evening cast a pall over what should have been a night of celebration, and the year since."
