The NBA announced that it fined the Brooklyn Nets $25,000 on Thursday for failing to comply with league policies governing injury reporting.

The specific reason for the fine isn't known. Veteran guard Jamal Crawford was listed on Wednesday's injury report due to a hamstring injury suffered Tuesday.

The league has modified its status update requirements for teams during the restart. Teams must define a player status by 5 p.m. local time on the day before an upcoming game, or five hours before game time on the second day of a back-to-back.
