Brooklyn Nets forward Taurean Prince will sit out the remainder of the 2019-20 NBA season after testing positive for COVID-19, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports.

Prince is the fourth Nets player to sit out the NBA's resumption in Orlando due to the coronavirus, joining Spencer Dinwiddie, DeAndre Jordan, and Wilson Chandler.

The star duo of Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving, along with Nicolas Claxton, also won't participate once play resumes.

Brooklyn is now eligible to sign four substitute players, Wojnarowski adds.

Prince averaged 12.1 points and six rebounds in 61 starts this season.

The Nets sit seventh in the Eastern Conference with a 30-34 record. Brooklyn is without the services of a traditional point guard and has only one center available in Jarrett Allen.
