The NBA will pay players their full paychecks on April 15, the league told teams in a memo Thursday, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
It was reported last week that the NBA asked players to take a 50% pay reduction in the next pay period, with the National Basketball Players Association countering with the idea of a 25% cut beginning in May.
Money withheld from paychecks would be placed in escrow.
Without games being played, the NBA is is believed to be losing millions of dollars a day. After April 15, the next pay date for players is May 1.
