LiAngelo Ball signs with Thunder's G League affiliate
LiAngelo Ball has signed with the Oklahoma City Thunder's G League affiliate, the Oklahoma City Blue.
The 21-year-old is the younger brother of New Orleans Pelicans guard Lonzo Ball and the older brother of potential 2020 first overall pick LaMelo Ball.
The middle Ball brother went undrafted in 2018 after measuring at 6-foot-5 with a 6-foot-9 wingspan at the Professional Basketball Combine that year.
His tenure at UCLA was cut short after a shoplifting scandal during a team trip to China, resulting in his family publicly sparring with President Donald Trump. Ball played professionally in Lithuania, followed by a stint in the family-run Junior Basketball Association.
The Oklahoma City Blue are 20-20 with 10 games remaining in their regular season.
