The New York Knicks are making forward Marcus Morris Sr. available in trade talks, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports.
New York was previously reluctant to include Morris in discussions and even reportedly remained "enthusiastic" about the idea of signing him to a new contract this offseason, but has since changed directions in the wake of team president Steve Mills' departure.
Multiple contenders are interested in acquiring the 30-year-old ahead of the deadline, Wojnarowski added.
Morris - who could garner a first-round pick in a potential deal, according to The Athletic's Mike Vorkunov - is averaging a team-best 19.6 points per game with an efficient 53.3 effective field-goal percentage.
The trade deadline is 3:00 p.m. ET on Feb. 6.
