Los Angeles Lakers guard Avery Bradley was ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's home game versus the Detroit Pistons after suffering a right ankle sprain, the team announced, according to ESPN's Dave McMenamin.
X-rays on Bradley's injured ankle came back negative.
While driving to the hoop with the ball, Bradley's right ankle rolled inward. He was substituted out of the game with 1:20 remaining in the second quarter and assisted to the locker room.
The former two-time All-Defensive team selection entered Sunday's tilt having started 16 of his 21 appearances while averaging 24.6 minutes per game.
