Raptors' VanVleet exits game vs. 76ers with knee contusion

Toronto Raptors guard Fred VanVleet exited in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers after sustaining a right knee contusion, his team announced.

VanVleet clocked out with two points, two assists, a rebound, and a steal in 12 minutes of action.

The fourth-year Wichita State product hasn't missed a game this season and currently leads the league with 37.8 minutes of playing time per outing. Through 21 appearances, VanVleet has averaged 18.7 points, 7.3 assists, 3.9 rebounds, and two steals per game.
