Giannis offers to pay for Thunder sign after trashing it in halftime freak-out

Giannis Antetokounmpo wasn't particularly thrilled with his Milwaukee Bucks' halftime deficit against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday night. Heading back to the Bucks' locker room down by six, the Greek Freak took out his frustration on a poor, defenseless piece of Thunder signage:

Thankfully, other arena fixtures were spared the reigning MVP's ire, as the Bucks came back to take the win 121-119.

With a victory in hand and a massive 35-point, 16-rebound double-double to his credit, Antetokounmpo was remorseful for his halftime outburst, offering to replace the damaged goods.

"There's no excuse for that," a sheepish Antetokounmpo said postgame. "And obviously, I'll try to pay for it, for the sign - or I can trade you guys with a Bucks sign when you guys come to Milwaukee. But there's no excuse for that."

Antetokounmpo will have an opportunity to make good on his promise when the Thunder visit Milwaukee on Feb. 28.
