Shaq, Lillard trade diss tracks

If you love puppets and tongue-in-cheek rap feuds between NBA stars, then you're in luck. Hall of Fame center Shaquille O'Neal and Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard, a.k.a Dame D.O.L.L.A, have unloaded their full lyrical arsenals at each other.

Lillard dropped his response to O'Neal later Tuesday morning:

O'Neal's track is in response to comments the Trail Blazers superstar made on the "Joe Budden Podcast" about the big man's lyrical ability.

"People weren't looking at it like he's a real rapper," Lillard said. "It was like, 'That's Shaq rapping.' So, of course, it was a big deal."

Whether or not his musical ability is on par with Lillard's, there's no denying O'Neal's commercial success. While playing for the Orlando Magic in 1993, O'Neal released his debut studio album, "Shaq Diesel." The 12-track project reached platinum status, selling over one million copies. He released three other rap albums throughout the 1990s.
