"Dancing with the Stars" has been teasing new competitors ahead of its 28th season, and some Twitter users are convinced Kobe Bryant is one of them.
The show announced Saturday on Twitter that an "iconic ball player" would be joining the cast his year, leading several people to surmise that it was Bryant.
Bryant wouldn't be the first former NBA player to appear on "Dancing with the Stars." Derek Fisher competed on season 25 and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar was part of the show's first all-athlete cast in 2018.
The season 28 cast will be unveiled Wednesday on "Good Morning America."
