The Miami Heat are reluctant to include rookie guard Tyler Herro in any potential trade with the Oklahoma City Thunder for Russell Westbrook, sources told the Miami Herald's Barry Jackson.
The Thunder have also inquired about the availability of Bam Adebayo and Justise Winslow, according to the report, which says the Heat are opposed to moving Adebayo.
Miami selected Herro, a former Kentucky star, at No. 13 overall in last month's draft. He's currently averaging 19.4 points through four summer league games.
It was reported this week that the Heat have expressed interest in Westbrook. For salary-matching purposes, Miami would likely have to ship out a player with a large contract such as Goran Dragic and/or James Johnson.
