Report: Boban headed to Mavericks on 2-year, $7M pact
Texas just got biggerer.
The Dallas Mavericks have signed hulking 7-foot-3 center Boban Marjanovic to a two-year, $7-million contract, league sources told The Athletic's Shams Charania.
Last season, the 30-year-old Serbian averaged a career-best 7.3 points and 4.6 rebounds in just under 12 minutes per game.

The move signals the separation of "Bobi and Tobi," one of the league's most prominent locker room bromances. From 2016-19, Marjanovic played alongside forward Tobias Harris through a pair of midseason trades that saw the tandem move from the Detroit Pistons to the Los Angeles Clippers to the Philadelphia 76ers.

Harris and the 76ers recently reached an agreement on a new five-year, $180-million deal.
The Mavericks will become Marjanovic's fifth team in five years.
