Free-agent guard Danny Green is "determined" to await the decision of longtime teammate Kawhi Leonard before deciding on whether to re-sign with the Toronto Raptors, sources told the New York Times' Marc Stein.
The Dallas Mavericks remain interested in Green, Stein adds.
Dallas signed Seth Curry to a four-year deal Monday, addressing its need for backcourt shooting.
Green was an important part of the Raptors' championship core and remains one of the NBA's elite 3-and-D specialists. He made $10 million last season, and Toronto retains his Bird rights to re-sign him.
Leonard will reportedly meet with the Clippers, Lakers, and Raptors in free agency before making a decision.
