As the reigning champion, Power did not make a pick as they had to keep their entire roster - captain Corey Maggette, co-captains Cuttino Mobley and Glen "Big Baby" Davis, and players Ryan Gomes, Quentin Richardson, and Chris "Birdman" Andersen.

As the runner-up to Power last season, 3s Company elected to retain two players from last year's roster. Therefore, they did not have picks in the first or second round.
