Warriors' Curry exits vs. Pelicans with mild foot sprain
Golden State Warriors sharpshooter Stephen Curry exited Tuesday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans in the first quarter after rolling his right ankle while dribbling the ball.

He was eventually ruled out with a mild right foot sprain for precautionary reasons.
Curry started the contest along with two other regular Golden State starters - DeMarcus Cousins and Draymond Green. Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson were both rested in the Dubs' penultimate game of the season.
Following Golden State's 112-103 victory, head coach Steve Kerr told reporters that Curry was icing his ankle and is unlikely to play Wednesday against the Memphis Grizzlies, according to the Athletic's Anthony Slater.
Kerr remained confident that the former two-time NBA Most Valuable Player will be ready for Game 1 of the opening round of the playoffs.
