Devin Booker made NBA history on Wednesday night with his latest scoring outburst.

The Phoenix Suns guard followed up his 59-point performance against the Utah Jazz on Monday by dropping 50 on Wednesday in a narrow 124-121 loss to the visiting Washington Wizards at Talking Stick Resort Arena.

At 22 years old, Booker became the youngest player to ever record back-to-back 50-point performances.

He converted 19-of-29 from the field, 3-of-9 from behind the arc, and 9-of-10 from the charity stripe in 37 minutes of action. He also registered 10 rebounds and four assists, but did contribute five of Phoenix's 15 turnovers.

The only other players since the NBA-ABA merger to score at least 50 points in consecutive games are Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, James Harden, Allen Iverson, Bernard King, and Antawn Jamison.

Booker is the second player in the Association this season to have multiple 50-point outings. Harden has done so on eight occasions, while LaMarcus Aldridge, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Blake Griffin, LeBron James, Damian Lillard, Derrick Rose, Klay Thompson, and Kemba Walker each have one.

Booker is averaging a career-high 26.5 points across 61 appearances for the 17-59 Suns, who are currently last in the Western Conference.
