Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo suggested that Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry will be his first selection for the All-Star Game draft on Thursday.
"I might pick Steph because he picked me first last year, so I have to return the favor," Antetokounmpo said, according to ESPN's Malika Andrews. "After that, I think it is going to be random."
The All-Star Game's format changed last season when the league allowed the leading vote-getter from each respective conference to draft from a pool of All-Stars as opposed to a battle between East and West.
In addition to Curry, the Greek Freak hinted he's looking to choose Bucks teammate and first-time All-Star Khris Middleton, proposing he could go with a younger roster.
The 24-year-old is among the top MVP candidates this season, averaging 26.7 points, 12.6 rebounds, and 5.9 assists through 49 appearances.
