Isaiah Thomas caught Toronto Raptors forward Kawhi Leonard getting booed vociferously in his return to San Antonio on Thursday night at AT&T Center, and he wasn't impressed.

The current Denver Nuggets guard took to Twitter to chime in on the negative reaction Leonard received, chastising Spurs fans for reacting poorly to a player who helped the organization capture a title back in 2014.

Thomas tweeted about the blockbuster Raptors-Spurs deal shortly after it broke in July, bringing up loyalty after Toronto shipped off DeMar DeRozan after seemingly assuring him they wouldn't.

The two-time All-Star held a grudge against the Boston Celtics front office when the organization dealt him to the Cleveland Cavaliers as part of a package for Kyrie Irving in August 2017. He battled through a hip injury in the playoffs the season prior, as well as the untimely passing of his sister, but was still moved.
