The Chicago Bulls have engaged in trade talks with several teams regarding disgruntled forward Jabari Parker, sources told the Chicago Tribune's K.C. Johnson.
Parker was removed from the Bulls' rotation this week and logged just four minutes in Chicago's loss to the Orlando Magic in Mexico City on Thursday. Parker said he was given "no reason" for the demotion, although his aversion to defense is believed to be a central factor.
Last summer, the Chicago native signed a two-year, $40-million contract with the Bulls that includes a team option for next season. The No. 2 pick in the 2014 draft has battled injuries throughout his five-year career, averaging 15.3 points in 212 NBA games.
